In the spirit of Italy’s aperitivo, France’s apéro and Spain’s tapas culture, this week’s meal plan is all about small bites that pair well with a cocktail (or mocktail). We kick off the week with vegan nachos, stir up a flavorful risotto and wrap up the week with a peppery strawberry cocktail.
