All About Fresh Fennel!

 

This week’s meal plan highlights crispy, crunchy, licorice-flavored fennel!  Native to the Mediterranean, this vegetable has a bulb-like base and stalks that look like feathery celery. 

We kick off the week with your new favorite winter salad, go tropical with a plant-based pineapple fried rice and ring in the weekend the only way we know how - with a tray of chocolate peanut butter brownies.
