 In the spirit of Italy’s aperitivo, France’s apéro and Spain’s tapas culture, this week’s meal plan is all about small bites that pair well with a spring cocktail (or mocktail). We kick off the week with handmade dumplings, dig into flavorful chicken fritters and wrap up the week with a peachy mezcal margarita.
