All About Fresh Fennel!

 

This week’s meal plan highlights crispy, crunchy, licorice-flavored fennel! Native to the Mediterranean, this vegetable has a bulb-like base and stalks that look like feathery celery. 

We kick off the week with a brand new recipe by our Shir Avinadav for Chicken Schnitzel with Quick Pickled Fennel. Mid week, we tuck into a nostalgic take on stuffed peppers and cap off the week with Chinese Five Spice rubbed skewers (one of those spices is fennel seed!)
