- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Red Gold Sriracha Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon relish (dill or sweet)
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- Splash of pickle juice
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 yellow or white onion, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 3 pickle spears, diced
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- Sesame seeds, to taste
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and seasoned
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha ketchup, yellow mustard, relish, grated garlic, pickle juice, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
Step 2
Add the cooked and cooled rotini pasta to the bowl with the dressing. Then, add chopped iceberg lettuce, diced onion, quartered cherry tomatoes, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked ground beef.
Step 3
Gently toss everything together until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish, if desired.
Step 4
Serve immediately or chill for a cold pasta salad.
