The Big Game is right around the corner, and we all know a Super Bowl Spread isn’t complete without some Buffalo Chicken Dip on the table! This recipe never fails…it’s super easy, takes less than an hour from start to finish, and is absolutely delicious. Enjoy!

ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 8 oz Organic Valley Cream Cheese, softened
- 8 oz Organic Valley Cheddar Cheese, freshly shredded
- 3/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup ranch
- 1 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and softened cream cheese.
Step 3
Once combined, add in half of the cheese and the Tabasco [*Tip: If you’re using a spicier hot sauce, only use about 1/2 cup], ranch, and cajun seasoning. Stir until fully combined.
Step 4
Add in your chicken mixture to an oven-safe pan. Top with the remaining cheese and a sprinkle of cajun seasoning.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, then finish under the broiler for the last 5 minutes. Keep a close eye once it’s under the broiler to prevent burning.
Step 6
Top with chives and serve with toasted baguette slices, celery and carrots.
