- 2 ounces (from about 2) lime juice
- 1 ounce agave or honey (optional), to taste
- Pinch of ground cinnamon or ground ginger
- Cinnamon sugar, for rimming the glass
- 1 (11.15 ounce) can San Pellegrino Blood Orange
- Blood orange slices, for garnish
- Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2
Add the fresh lime juice, agave syrup (or honey), and a pinch of ground cinnamon (or ground ginger). Shake well until the mixture is fully chilled.
Step 3
While the drink is chilling, prepare the serving glass by rimming it with lime juice to help the cinnamon sugar adhere. Then, dip the glass rim into the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Strain the chilled lime and agave mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass, filled with fresh ice.
