- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 1/ 2 ounces soy milk
- 4 3/ 4 ounces non-dairy butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 6 ounces table biscuits, crushed
- 1 ounce walnuts, chopped
In a small saucepan on medium heat, whisk together cocoa powder, soy milk, butter and sugar. Whisk continuously, until the mixture is completely uniform. Take off the heat, and cool down.
In a small bowl, mix together the biscuits and walnuts.
Add dry biscuit mixture into the liquid cocoa mixture gradually, allowing the biscuits to soak up the liquid a bit.
Pour the mixture into small molds.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.
