ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella
- 2 ounces goat cheese
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 2 cups mixed with 1 tablespoon water for egg wash greens
- 1 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/8 black pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
Step 2
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough out until it is pretty thin (about a 10-12 inch circle). Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Spread the dough with pesto and top evenly with mozzarella and goat cheese.
Step 3
Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and black pepper. Add the mixed greens and toss to combine.
Step 5
Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the mixed greens. Enjoy!
