ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt- whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1 sliced peach
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

Method

  • Step 1

    In a blender, blend the yogurt, vanilla, 4 ripe peaches, honey, and mint.

  • Step 2

    Cut the peach in half and remove the pit. Thinly slice each half into thin slices. Place a few slices into each popsicle mold. (this is optional but does highly recommended!)

  • Step 3

    Divide the peach mixture among the plastic popsicle molds evenly. Leave a little room at the top for expansion. Cover the mold and insert wooden craft sticks.

  • Step 4

    Freeze the popsicles until they’re completely firm and the sticks are set, about 6-8 hours. To remove the popsicles, run the outside of the mold under hot water for a few seconds. This will help the popsicles to release a bit easier.

  • Step 5

    Serve and enjoy!
