ingredients

  • 2 diced avocadoes
  • 1/2 diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 diced jalapeño
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Dice your avocadoes. If you like them a little smoother, use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocadoes to your desired consistency.

  • Step 2

    Dice your jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, and tomatoes. Juice your lime.

  • Step 3

    Stir the jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, tomatoes, lime juice, salt and pepper in with the avocadoes.

  • Step 4

    Taste and season with extra salt (pepper, jalapeño, or cilantro) if needed.

  • Step 5

    Serve immediately and enjoy!
