- 1 - 2 bottles Better Than Marinade Everything Seasoning
- 2 pounds thinly sliced chuck roast
- Neutral oil, for searing
Method
Step 1
Place the chuck roast slices in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Add enough Better Than Bouillon Everything Seasoning to coat the meat well. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Step 2
Preheat a griddle or large cast iron skillet to 500°F.
Step 3
Lightly oil the surface of the griddle and spread evenly.
Step 4
Sear the marinated chuck roast slices for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until a deep brown crust forms and the meat is cooked through.
Step 5
Transfer to a cutting board, slice into bite-sized square pieces, and serve hot.
